§ 53502. Regulations

  • (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), the Secretary shall prescribe regulations to carry out this chapter.
  • (b) The Secretary and the Secretary of the Treasury shall prescribe joint regulations for the determination of tax liability under this chapter.
