§ 6872. Authorization of appropriations

For the purpose of carrying out the weatherization program under this part, there are authorized to be appropriated—

  • (1) $750,000,000 for fiscal year 2008;
  • (2) $900,000,000 for fiscal year 2009;
  • (3) $1,050,000,000 for fiscal year 2010;
  • (4) $1,200,000,000 for fiscal year 2011; and
  • (5) $1,400,000,000 for fiscal year 2012.. 1 1 So in original.
