§ 10269. Authorization of appropriations
- (d) of section 10222 of this title , and subject to subsection
- (e) of such section, there are authorized to be appropriated for expenditures from amounts in the Waste Fund established in subsection
- (c) of such section such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this subchapter.
