§ 9816. Department of Housing and Urban Development programs
- (1) such assistance in connection with technical assistance, counseling to tenants and homeowners, and loans to sponsors of low-income and moderate-income housing under section 106 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 [ 12 U.S.C. 1701x ], as amended by section 811 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974;
- (2) such land for housing and business location and expansion under title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 [ 42 U.S.C. 5301 et seq.]; and
- (3) such funds for comprehensive planning under section 701 of the Housing Act of 1954, 1 1 See References in Text note below. as amended by section 401 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as shall further the purposes of this subchapter.
