§ 139. Steelmark Month

  • (a) May is Steelmark Month.
  • (b) Steelmark Month recognizes the tremendous contribution made by the steel industry in the United States to national security and defense.
  • (c) The President is requested to issue a proclamation calling on the people of the United States to observe Steelmark Month with appropriate ceremonies and activities.
