§ 20912. Registry requirements for jurisdictions
- (a) Each jurisdiction shall maintain a jurisdiction-wide sex offender registry conforming to the requirements of this subchapter.
- (b) The Attorney General shall issue guidelines and regulations to interpret and implement this subchapter.
