§ 2652b. Assistant Secretary of State for South Asian Affairs
- (a) There is established in the Department of State the position of Assistant Secretary of State for South Asian Affairs.
- (b) The Assistant Secretary shall be appointed by the President, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate.
