§ 4631. Definitions
In this subchapter:
- (1) The term “labor attaché” means an individual hired under part B.
- (2) The term “labor obligations” means the obligations under chapter 23 of the USMCA (relating to labor).
- (3) The term “Mexico’s labor reform” means the legislation on labor reform enacted by Mexico on May 1, 2019 .
