§ 2809. Authorizations for appropriations

For purposes of carrying out the provisions of this chapter, there are authorized to be appropriated—

  • (1) to the Department of Agriculture, $1,000,000 for each of fiscal years 1991 through 2023;
  • (2) to the Department of Commerce, $1,000,000 for each of fiscal years 1991 through 2023; and
  • (3) to the Department of 1 1 So in original. Probably should be “of the”. Interior, $1,000,000 for each of fiscal years 1991 through 2023.
