§ 584. Exemptions

• (a) Apples in less than carload lots as defined by the Secretary may, in his discretion, be shipped to any foreign country without complying with the provisions of this chapter.
• (b) Apples may be shipped to Canada in bulk containers without complying with the provisions of this chapter.
