§ 200301. Definitions

In this chapter:

• (1) The term “Fund” means the Land and Water Conservation Fund established under section 200302 of this title .
• (2) The term “State” means a State, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
