§ 26104. Authorization of appropriations

• (a) There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary—
  • (1) $30,000,000 for carrying out section 26101; and
  • (2) $30,000,000 for carrying out section 26102,
• (b) Funds made available under this section shall remain available until expended.
