§ 70301. Definitions

In this chapter:

• (1) The term “common carrier” has the meaning given that term in section 40102 of this title .
• (2) The term “passenger vessel” has the meaning given that term in section 2101 of this title .
• (3) The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the department in which the Coast Guard is operating.
