§ 1437bbb–9. Termination and evaluation
- (a) The demonstration program under this subchapter shall terminate not less than 2 and not more than 5 years after the date on which the demonstration program is commenced.
- (b) Not later than 6 months after the termination of the demonstration program under this subchapter, the Secretary shall submit to the Congress a final report, which shall include—
- (1) an evaluation 1 1 So in original. Probably should be followed by “of”. the effectiveness of the activities carried out under the demonstration program; and
- (2) any findings and recommendations of the Secretary for any appropriate legislative action.
