§ 6309. Authorization of appropriations
- (a) There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary not more than the following amounts to carry out his responsibilities under this part—
- (1) $1,700,000 for fiscal year 1976;
- (2) $1,500,000 for fiscal year 1977;
- (3) $3,300,000 for fiscal year 1978; and
- (4) $10,000,000 for fiscal year 1979.
- (b) There are authorized to be appropriated to the Commission not more than the following amounts to carry out its responsibilities under this part—
- (1) $650,000 for fiscal year 1976;
- (2) $700,000 for fiscal year 1977;
- (3) $700,000 for fiscal year 1978; and
- (3) 1 1 So in original. Probably should be designated “(4)”. $2,000,000 for fiscal year 1979.
- (c) There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to be allocated not more than the following amounts—
- (1) $1,100,000 for fiscal year 1976;
- (2) $2,500,000 for fiscal year 1977; and
- (3) $1,800,000 for fiscal year 1978.
