§ 17351. Definitions
In this part:
- (1) The term “Board” means the Board of Directors of the Foundation established pursuant to section 17352(c) of this title .
- (2) The term “Chief Executive Officer” means the chief executive officer of the Foundation appointed pursuant to section 17352(b) of this title .
- (3) The term “Foundation” means the International Clean Energy Foundation established by section 17352(a) of this title .
