In this subchapter:
- (1) The term “developmental disability” has the meaning given the term in section 15002 of this title .
- (2) The term “institution of higher education” has the meaning given the term in section 1141 1 1 See References in Text note below. of title 20.
- (3) The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
