§ 12376. Definitions

For purposes of this subchapter—

• (1) the term “Conference” means the 1993 White House Conference on Children, Youth, and Families; and
• (2) the terms “child”, “youth”, and “young individual” means 1 1 So in original. Probably should be “mean”. an individual who is less than 21 years of age.
