§ 10826. Administration

• (a) The Secretary shall carry out this subchapter through the Administrator of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
• (b) Not later than 6 months after November 27, 1991 , the Secretary shall promulgate final regulations to carry out this subchapter and subchapter III.
