§ 6309. Biennial report to Congress

• (a) The Secretary shall, not later than December 1 of every even-numbered year (beginning in 2008), submit to Congress a report on the outreach activities carried out by the Department.
• (b) Each report under this section shall include the following:
  • (1) A description of the implementation during the preceding fiscal year of the current biennial plan under section 6302 of this title .
  • (2) Recommendations for the improvement or more effective administration of the outreach activities of the Department.
