§ 3324. Allocation of administration and costs

• (a) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the Secretary shall administer the provision of educational assistance under this chapter.
• (b) Payments for entitlement to educational assistance earned under this chapter shall be made from funds appropriated to, or otherwise made available to, the Department for the payment of readjustment benefits.
