§ 40303. Membership and governing body

• (a) Eligibility for membership in the corporation and the rights and privileges of members are as provided in the constitution and bylaws of the corporation.
• (b) The Civil Air Patrol has a Board of Governors. The composition and responsibilities of the Board of Governors are set forth in section 9497 of title 10 .
