§ 20324. Authorization of appropriations

• (a) There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subchapter $12,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2023 through 2027.
• (b) No funds are authorized to be appropriated for a fiscal year to carry out this subchapter unless the aggregate amount appropriated to carry out title II of the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974 ( 42 U.S.C. 5611 et seq.) 1 1 See References in Text note below. for such fiscal year is not less than the aggregate amount appropriated to carry out such title for the preceding fiscal year.
• (c) No funds authorized under this subchapter may be used for lobbying activities in contravention of OMB Circular No. A–122.
