§ 12575. Eligibility
- (a) A person shall be eligible to receive a scholarship under this part if the person has been employed in law enforcement for the 2-year period immediately preceding the date on which assistance is sought.
- (b) A person who has been employed as a law enforcement officer is ineligible to participate in a student employment program carried out under this part.
