§ 668. Authorization of appropriations

• (a) There is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to remain available until expended, not to exceed $2,000,000 to be used to carry out the purposes of this chapter for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1960 .
• (b) There are hereby authorized to be appropriated for each fiscal year beginning after June 30, 1961 , such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter.
• (c) Sums appropriated to carry out the purposes of this chapter shall remain available until expended.
