§ 5611. Definitions

In this subchapter:

• (1) The term “Indian tribe” has the meaning given the term in the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act ( 25 U.S.C. 450b ). 1 1 See References in Text note below.
• (2) The term “Project” means the Indian trust asset management demonstration project established under section 5612(a) of this title .
• (3) The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.
