§ 2014. Authorization of appropriations

There are authorized to be appropriated—

• (1) for fiscal year 2007—
  • (A) $500,000 to establish the NMIC and Council; and
  • (B) such sums as are necessary for the operation of the NMIC and Council; and
• (2) for each of fiscal years 2008 and 2009, such sums as are necessary for the operation of the NMIC and Council.
