§ 9102. Institute of Museum and Library Services

• (a) There is established, within the National Foundation on the Arts and the Humanities, an Institute of Museum and Library Services.
• (b) The Institute shall consist of an Office of Museum Services and an Office of Library Services.
• (c) There shall be a National Museum and Library Services Board within the Institute, as provided under section 9105a of this title .
