§ 5967. Reports
- (a) Each local educational agency that receives funds under this subchapter shall submit to the Secretary a report not later than March 1, 1995 , that describes progress achieved in carrying out the plan described in section 5964(b) of this title .
- (b) The Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Education and Labor of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Labor and Human Resources of the Senate a report not later than October 1, 1995 , which shall contain a detailed statement regarding grant awards, activities of grant recipients, a compilation of statistical information submitted by applicants under section 5964(a) of this title , and an evaluation of programs assisted under this subchapter.
