§ 4360a. Authorization of appropriations

• (a) There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2009 through 2014 to carry out the provisions of subchapter I and this subchapter, relating to—
  • (1) Gallaudet University;
  • (2) Kendall Demonstration Elementary School; and
  • (3) the Model Secondary School for the Deaf.
• (b) There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2009 through 2014 to carry out the provisions of subchapter I and this subchapter relating to the National Technical Institute for the Deaf.
