§ 1234i. Definitions
For purposes of this subchapter:
- (1) The term “recipient” means a recipient of a grant or cooperative agreement under an applicable program.
- (2) The term “applicable program” excludes programs authorized by the Higher Education Act of 1965 [ 20 U.S.C. 1001 et seq.] and assistance programs provided under the Act of September 30, 1950 1 1 See References in Text note below.
