§ 2577. Definitions
Notwithstanding section 2571 of this title , for purposes of this part—
- (1) The term “NAFTA” means the North American Free Trade Agreement.
- (2) The term “State” means any of the several States, the District of Columbia, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
