§ 5108. Authorization of appropriations

• (a) To carry out this chapter, there are authorized to be appropriated $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2001 through 2005.
• (b) Amounts authorized under subsection (a) may be used by the Secretary to support the Commission’s cooperative statistics program.
